Dispute Resolution| The products on SellCelebrityCollectibles.com are sold by independent celebrity collectibles sellers from around the world. If you want to contact a particular celebrity collectibles seller, please use the Questions & Comments link found underneath the Add to Cart button for one of their items. Just follow the steps below to claim a refund. |
In the case of a dispute or problem with your order:- First contact the celebrity collectibles seller and inquire about the status of your order. Verify that it has been shipped, and request tracking numbers if they are available. Use the tracking numbers to check the status of your delivery. Verify your shipping address with the celebrity collectibles seller. NOTE: The contact information for your celebrity collectibles seller will be displayed at the time of completing your order, as well as on the customer receipt which you will receive by email. You can also contact the celebrity collectibles seller by using the Questions & Comments link found underneath the Add to Cart button for one of their items.
- If the celebrity collectibles seller confirms that they have shipped the item, please allow time for delivery.
- If there is still a problem, please request a refund directly from the celebrity collectibles seller.
- If the celebrity collectibles seller refuses to approve the refund, or if they are not responding, then please complete the PayPal Transaction Dispute Form or the Paymate Client Services Inquiry Form. Enter the Transaction Receipt ID on this form, which can be found on your customer receipt.
- An investigation will take place following your Transaction Dispute and if your claim is approved, then you will be given a refund by PayPal or Paymate.
