Are You a Bully?

Today there is much talk concerning the actions of bullies in school amongst our children, in fact, there is so much information, and so much of it is false and incorrect, that the truth of the matter is overlooked, iced with frosting, or simply just glamorized. Being a bully begins at home and is perpetuated in school and into the world as adults push and batter each other to no end just for the fantasized glory of power and control and the attainment of the material things of this world, which are forever deteriorating and dying.
Children learn by imitating what they see, they parrot what they hear, and if what they see and what they hear, fits into their psychic programming, then they will exacerbate it by attempting to display those feelings into actions upon those around them who do not wish to plug into the spirit of the world; for, the world is ruled by fear, intimidation, and greed, and all other subversive actions spin around these three, for they can rightly be called the unholy three.
Children see their parents relating to each other as husband or wife beaters, physically, verbally, or psychologically, and take those images and sounds into their own spears of influence; imitating the dominant or passive parent in their own relationships with other children. Gangs fit into this scenario as well, seeking like minded others who will support the false picture they have of themselves, not as human beings of love and light, but as creatures to be dominators, to instill fear into others, and to take control without responsibility for their behavior.
We who hold a different view of the world in that it should be bathed in love, peace, and brotherhood, are seen by bullies as the weaker element in the world and therefore are to be controlled, led, and/or made to do what the bullies do best; control because of their cowardice to love, their cowardice to live in peace, to belong to God's family of Brotherhood. One would think that the latter view is of the minority, but it has always been in the majority, just simply waiting to spring its evil head around to snap and to strike when the time is thought to be right.
In conclusion, 'are you a bully?', only internally can we answer this question honestly by knowing and realizing what power and control really is and adjusting our actions to the spirit of love in our hearts and exercising the ability to do what is right in love and the willingness to control one's self for the goodness of self and others.

There is no simple solution simply said; however, the value and the truth of love begin within the heart of each individual and are nourished at home to be taught and expressed in the world.
