Sparkplug Witwicky and his boys help to fix anything wrong with the Autobots so they can stay functioning properly. However the Decepticons were quickly able to find willing villains in human form to assist them as well. One of the most notable is the mad scientist Doctor Arkeville who attempts to use microchips to control humans and help the Deceptions in their quest to take over the Earth.
